With more than four decades of experience across construction management, building codes, premises liability, safety, and large-scale capital improvement programs, Lane is recognized for his expertise in resolving complex construction and safety matters.
Throughout his career, Lane has served as a Certified Building Official, project and construction manager, expert witness, and safety specialist. He has directed major capital programs, led multi-disciplinary design and construction teams, and provided expert testimony on building code compliance, slip/trip/fall incidents, lighting, safety evaluation, and premises liability issues. His background includes senior leadership roles within the Clark County School District, significant consulting work for private and public owners, and hands-on experience across several construction trades.
Lane also holds numerous professional certifications, participates in national standards committees, and frequently presents on construction management, safety, and forensic methodologies. His practice combines deep technical expertise with decades of field-tested experience.
